Headaches are a pain, and no matter how much research I do, there’s always a million and one causes of them that are either new or poorly understood. Whilst modern medicine is certainly advancing at a good pace, our knowledge of how diet and lifestyle affects our pain is still lagging behind.

Every year, there are new diets, forms of exercise, or even approaches to mindfulnes that improve the lives of thousands of chronic headache sufferers. The problem is, the information on these things isn’t always easy to find (there’s literally hundreds of subjects I’m yet to cover on this blog!).
